At Barefoot Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural movement experience. If your footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is placed inside a protective shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
